What is it? A four-week indoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional
coaching & motivational training provided by our world-class
instructors!
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they
are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home
unchallenged! People of all ages and abilities are welcome to
participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You
will inspire and be inspired by others.
Boot Camp sessions run for 4 weeks. I have added more 2 day a week boot camp sessions as well as
Saturday morning boot camps. There are many different times to
choose from. I offer early morning sessions and evening
sessions. If you don't see a time that works with your schedule
please contact me, we may have a small group that you could
join, or you can get some of your friends and have your own boot
camp time. Don't forget, we still have one to one personal
training.
When signing up for boot camp, you will sign up for the session
that is most convenient for you and that is the one you will
attend for 4 weeks.
Keep in mind when signing up for boot camp that it is our policy
not to carry over unused sessions or days. If you don't think
your current schedule will allow you to attend most of your
sessions, then you might consider signing up at another time.
Of course when you consider the incredible results you will get,
the free 7 day meal plan and shopping list, the free nutritional
support, the free success coaching, the fun, unique and
different workouts every time you show up...you can attend just
half of your sessions and you would still get your money's
worth.
So, if you can't attend all of your workouts, don't sweat it.
You are going to get more than you ever thought possible.
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: core conditioning, functional training,
muscular strength, jumping modalities, circuit training,
obstacle courses, mat exercises, surprises and more! This
technique was developed by fitness expert & Mr. America Butch
Nieves.
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet twice per week for 45 minutes during the
four-week program. All participants must arrive on time.
What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothing, running shoes, and a sense of adventure.
What can I expect from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more
confidence and self-esteem! By participating, you will also earn
your Boot Camp Dog Tags! You'll want to show friends and family!
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental
well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your
same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. At
times you will be finished with your training before the rest of
the world has even gotten started! And, you'll be several
